CRBCC Business Development, Loan Financing & Project Funding Program

CRBCC is preparing to launch its 35 targeted domestic US cities and international sustainable economic development programs. The business development resources mentioned below led by Tony Holland involving the Gardner Group, the Yankee Group, "Old Horses" and others are being implemented in the US through the Chamber’s own affiliates and associated relationships with local and national community banks.

The Chamber is making arrangements to work through various financial institutions to support expansion of the Chamber’s 35 target US cities as well as to support our guaranteed loan program to qualifying member businesses. Our local Business Resource and Technology centers and CRBCC's financial component, Main Street Financial Group will act as loan origination offices, branches, or as independent merchant banks to connect local businesses, individuals and organizations to the local and national financial institutions such as OneUnited Banks network of outstanding services. With the addition of associated alliances, CRBCC's Main Street Financial Group is able to provide broad range project funding for large scale development projects, and will be fully on line February 20 2006.

Quentin Kenan, KPL,Inc Communication assisted by Dr. Gloria Tinubu, and SeedVest LLC will over time digitally link all Historical Black Colleges & Universities to the Chamber's development activities in the target cities.

We currently work through local and national financial institutions in addition to the Chamber’s own affiliates. Ground work is underway for first phase implementation in selected markets.

CRBCC membership will facilitate members access to expanding markets in the US and targeted African market. For businesses with Websites, we can offer hosting on a more robust web server through our domain transfer capability as well as high performance and high capacity websites for members without websites.  The Chamber has a wide range of telecommunication services and technologies that are cost effective that will prove very profitable to facilitate business to business exchanges between members domestically and internationally in these newly created trading communities.

SPECIAL NOTICE: To Chamber members, associates, urban & minority businesses

CRBCC and Main Street Financial Group are in the final stages of rolling-out a special small to mid-size business development program nationwide. The features of the program are described below. Once an enrollee business plan is accepted, the enrollee is "guaranteed" to receive a loan to fund the business plan up to $250,000. Professional business services are included separately at a significant discount and are not drawn from the loan proceeds. The guaranteed loan coupled with top professional services have been the most important missing links in increase market share, profitability, and sustainability for most small to medium size businesses.

You are encouraged to take advantage of this unique program that will assist Chamber members to level the playing field. With the leverage of a guaranteed loan facility upon acceptance of the business plan for aspiring business and initial Executive Summaries of operating businesses. Through the support of the Chamber, the enrollee has many other financial options available, and upon enrollment in the Chamber’s program should have better access to a broader range of services from local financial institutions in association with CRBCC/Main Street Financial Group’s  relationships with your business.

If you are a consultant developing a business plan for a client, or the leader of one of our target groups (faith based organizations, community action agencies, service agencies, neighborhood organizations, etc.), the proposal must be prepared and submitted in the name of the client's business or organization.

Core Operational Objective for the Business Services and Guarantee Funding model 

To provide a range of products and services to small to mid size business, which effectively delivers a turn key solution to these businesses operational challenges. Main Street Financial Corp strongly believes our core competencies revolving around delivering management consulting, accounting ,legal services and structured finance are the missing components in the organizations we target. Our services will assist member businesses in becoming more competitive, and capable  of winning more of the share in their respective markets. 

Businesses are introduced to the Main Street Financial Group Business Services and Guarantee Loan program, through CRBCC and associated affiliates. Within our Business Services program, businesses have the opportunity to become a member business where they are entitle to receiving a 80% discount in billable services up to $50,000 usd with an initial payment of $2,000 usd. Member businesses  are also entitled to a one time minimum loan Guarantee facility of up to $250,000 usd in business plan funding. The level of funding is assessed and determined by Main Street Financial Group management consultant group in conjunction with the owners of the particular business receiving funding.

Member businesses  have access to the management, accounting, legal services.

Target Market 

Main Street Financial Group Business Services and Guarantee loan Division target market, may be defined in three segments. The first segment of our target market, we refer to as the aspiring businesses or start up, businesses which have no operations but possess a excellent Business Plan and market potential.

The second segment is the small businesses which may be identified as businesses which currently have a gross revenue stream ranging from 100,000 to 5 million usd.

The third segment of our market is the mid size businesses which have annual revenue generation between 5 to 50 million usd. Out products and services are provided across multiple business disciplines.

National roll out and implementation of the Business Services and Funding Program

We are  beginning with the cities in the northeast corridor, and progressively moving to the Southeast, Southwest, Northwest in that order.  This is our core marketing approach within our business model. 

Step by step process for Businesses which Register for the  Business Services Program Via CRBCC  

Businesses are required to submit a business plan or executive summary of their operations. They will be contacted once their information is received for acknowledgment purposes. Main Street Financial Consulting Group will review their business model, and contact them within a 2 to 4 week period, at that time a status will be offered to the businesses.

Member businesses seeking the loan program will be required to make their initial deposit toward membership requirements at the time the business plan is approved. At which time they will be assigned an account executive who will begin consulting with them providing access to the entire array of products and services offered  within the Main Street Financial Group Business Services and Funding Division.
